We met up with a couple of members of the St. Pete Mad Dogs Tri Club and did a loop that included three large bridges --- that's about the only way to get any hills around here. Fog was thick at the start and it felt like we'd ridden in the rain.

Went over to the Cambria hotel this morning, where Steve's DIL Emily works as a server. The place was dead, which was good since apparently the cook called in sick. Emily ended up filling in as chef and did a great job although she was very nervous about this.

Then went to the yoga on the beach. There's something about being outside with the sound of the surf and the smell of salt air that is so conducive to yoga.

We wandered around the local flea market for a while, had lunch, then went to Home Depot to look at blinds and other Improvements for the condo. That will be later in 2022 when any of that happens.

Drove over to Alafia State Park and did some mtb on the trail system there. The "blue" trails were pretty rocky and technical, surprising since it's Florida. Mosquitoes were thick and would attack if you stopped moving.

Easy day. Did a yoga class on the beach. I think this little yoga company (Madeira Beach Yoga.com) is the highlight (for me) of this area. There were about 20 in the class. Felt great to get all stretched out.

It's very foggy here. Even after the sun came out in the afternoon, there were big clouds of fog hanging out on Gulf Blvd.

Beautiful day in Madeira Beach. We drove over to St. Pete and did the club ride. Supposed to be 18 mph but lots of stopping and starting. Overall it was a really nice ride and we met some great people.
