Stationary bike again. I know that the MPH isn't accurate, but it gives me something to go off of.
Great run with a friend.
I'll run this evening. My weight is going down, that's good. I would like to be under 170 by my race in Sep.
Attention DC Tri people... I need a "tune up race" sometime around Aug 24th to prepare for my Sep 6th Half Iron.... Thoughts?
Wow, gotta love two hours on a stationary bike... coutning the days until I can jump on a REAL bike... :)
Nice evening run. This was supposed to be a RPE zone 2 recovery run. I still don't think I have these HR zones setup correctly. I was running VERY easy tonight and I'm still in HR Zone 2 or RPE 3-4 according to my book.
VERY slow long run tonight. I did this run at 10 at night to avoid the heat. I learned that it's much easier to keep my HR down when I'm cooler. This was a LOW HR zone 2 run for me. I'm still working on this HR thing.
After being stuck in Humvees all day I was READY to get out and run....
Road trip planned when I get back.... Going to be awesome
