Blah... It took going to the pool two times today to even get in. I was up WAY to late last night with friends. My heart is just not in it at the moment. Tomorrow will be better I'm sure. Only half the swim I was supposed to get today.

I had a Greek salad today!  Reminded me of my trip to GREECE LOL.  Nice treat. 

Diet is paying off!  I'm losing weight.  Got to look good for my return to the good old USA...

 I'm getting good at this!  :)  I ordered a book on this photoshop program in hopes that I can continue to learn new things about it.

BRICK straight to this run. Perfect day for this.

 

Today's workout ended up being like a reverse Tri.  I didn't think the swim was going to happen so I did the bike and then planned to run directly afterwards.  When I got done with the run I just decided I wanted to swim.  :)  2:00 workout STRAIGHT.  I'm feeling good. 

I'm really working hard on my diet also.  Today I had a salad for lunch and have been snacking on fruit all afternoon.  Time to clean up my act!

Started out slow today... This is the first strength workout I've done in months and my chest was a little tired from my swim yesterday. All in all it was a good workout

So I had Masgouf for lunch with some friends today VERY good stuff, attached is the link.

Today is a rest day!  Those of you who know me are aware that I don't rest well... :)  I'm going to attempt to start doing at least two strength workouts each week and still maintain my tri sports.  I'll probably do something like

 

Chest and tri's one day

 

Back shoulders and bi's on the other

 

abs every chance I get ;)  need to tighten up my stomach so I look like a Greek God ripping out of my wetsuit in transition LOL
