Met Jeff at Greenfield lake and did a loop of the lake then down River Road. Nice day for a ride and it felt good to ride.

Started at the beach, man it was cold! Headwind out of the North, had to stop back at the truck at mile 9 and get some heavier gloves. Ran off the beach for the second half.
Felt great!
Used the new Garmin, loved it.

Got a Garmin 305 at Costco, great deal with a coupon so I could not pass it up. I hope that you can switch the screen to have the pace show larger, hard to see, I was down in the 5 something range for part of the run!
