Ran from the Y, around the lake to downtown and back to the Y. Not a bad run, knees are aching bad on some of my runs though, not sure what's up with that.

1 mile @ 6:17 ( should have been 6:30 400 recover
2 miles @ 13:45 (13:33) 800 recover.
2x800 3:29, 3:18, should have been 3:10 400 recover inbetween each.
1 mile cooldown.
I made most of the intervals, too fast on the first one.
