Feeling pretty good after a very very challenging Saturday set of races.
Scrapped the Sunday race.
No regrets. On my way down to get my bike, I passed a few people heading up to their rooms after dropping out. I'm not sure I could have finished, and if I had I would have been really destroyed, I think.

Doing the other races really pointed out that I have more power to build on the bike and my run has gotten strong, even when I'm very tired and it's really hilly. My run cadence was above 180 on every run.

And my swim, despite not being that fast, is faster than most people in my age group.
I also tested wetsuit vs not-wetsuit on the same swim course and saw exactly how much faster the wetsuit makes me. (Although I was more fatigued on the non-wetsuit, to be fair.)
