First time out on the Felt since my September HIM. It felt great! Stiff wind out of the south. That's good because I need to train a lot in the wind this year. I can't believe we had a beautiful riding day on Nov. 30!

I'm still laying off the running. I have a head cold that I don't want to pull into my chest by running, which I've done before. I was going to run today, but it turned out to be warm enough for a bike ride instead, so I did that. I still have a lot of snot, but I can breathe through my nose, which is nice!
