Off the blocks for time.
My times did not improve over the last time we did this at the end of a practice. The others were tired then and wanted to do it fresh. For me, I guess I was less warmed up.
Then we did a hypoxic set.
Breathing 3/5/3/5.
This was too easy for me, so he moved me to 5/7/5/7.
Still too easy: 7/7/7/7.
Still not breathing hard, so he gave me 9/9/9/9 but let me grab a breath after each turn, which I consider cheating. So it wasn't actually hard, since I could breath out of each turn.

I was very disorganized today and my stuff was everywhere.
I punished myself by swimming fly every time it was "choice." Then we had 6 more 50s of stroke, including 2 of fly, after that.
