Forgot to turn my Garmin on after a couple stops, so I had to fudge this a little. Kept the average speed and put in the total mileage that someone else had on their computer.

This was extremely successful, considering my run yesterday. Glad to have broken through the 100 mile barrier. It was warmish, and we were doing 19-20 for a few periods of time, so it was challenging over that distance.

This week, 9:36 pace. How 'bout them apples? I didn't even feel like I was working harder. I just put forth a little more mental effort the first mile to get a different cadence and pace in my head, and once I established that, it was easy to keep going that speed. Wow, if I had kept going for another hour (which I feel like I could have) that would have been a 4:00 marathon!! Are you kidding?

This is the longest I've swam in awhile - maybe ever. Felt good while in there. My arms actually felt tired when I got out, and when I got to work. Can't say that's happened since I was learning to swim laps.

Nora talked me into moving up to the "Blue" video, one step up from green. Then she went downstairs and played. Sigh. I'm glad I did it though. I actually started with an aching lower back and felt great when I finished.
