Y pool.
Mix of speed, stroke and form drills. I noticed I lose my straight-line body position when I breathe left. I sort of curve around and flex my obliques, bending sideways at the waist. Weird. Will have to fix that.

Guy from COTT swimming with a wetsuit joined us. I swam with him once about 3 weeks ago. He said I have gotten noticeably faster. Yay!
