Whew, what a weekend. I am a tad more sore today than yesterday. Work up feeling really good. Just a bit sore in the hammies. Great advice from Sara yesterday on what to do when I got home. Should have done the same thing today! Opps.

It's nice to know I can do it...I just need to work on speed, which I have no doubt will come with weight loss, and more practice. Syaracuse has me worried. This week I am going to try to hammer some bike distance. I am finally feeling better, only a tad sore throat, so I think some long miles are in store. Prob. only one medium run during the week, and a longer run this weekend. Also need to get some pool time in.

 The last 2 miles were killer......

Great to do a 12 miler.... the furthest I have ever done is 6, great company, Sara and Tammy. I didn't count the potty brakes. I really need to figure out how to handle the tummy issues. Thank goodness for friends. I don't thinl I could have made it through those last few miles without Sara...

Took a cold bath, drank choco milk and took some ibruprohin and I feel pretty good. We will see how the legs react to running a 5K tomorrowSmile

Yeah!! A fun run with Sara. Not too shabby for being ill... I am so glad I got out for it, I was really considering bailing out. Now for the 12 miler on Saturday!!!

Taking another sick day....head feels like it is in the clouds and I have a sore throat.... ugh!
