About Me Why am I here? This is where I've been logging workouts since the beginning of my interest in triathlons. It is a great site where I met few good friends.
I still swim, bike run and paddle kayak, but as far as races - mainly 5k Parkrun on Saturdays an occasional marathon once or twice a year.
