"I am a big guy doing a Tri. I really just got into it last year as a result of a little medical scare almost exactly a year ago. I have a pretty disciplined workout regimen and have increased from working out once a day for an hour five days a week to where I now work out minimum twice a day but usually three times a day and then do some recreational sport three or four evening a week. Since I really increased the number of workouts and time in the gym I am starting to see the weight melt away.
I was getting a bit fatigued by rest day every week until I started adding protein supplement to my diet. That's one of my questions. I follow a computer program that tracts everything I eat and measures the calories I burn but according to this program I am taking in way too much protein. I am currently 211 lbs (started at 250) and have a goal weight of 190. I am averaging around 150g of protein a day. [.....]
