Article Can a Vegetarian be a Triathlete?
There are tons of great diets out there for people who eat meat, but I can’t find anything for vegetarians. I also find that when I eat healthy, I am hungry all the time.

Congratulations on making the decision to live “meat-free.” In addition to the many health benefits, staying true to a vegetarian lifestyle is a wise decision for adding life to your years. Among the many reasons to choose vegetarianism, including religion, ethics, emotions and ecology, nothing is more important than your health and well-being.

Currently, there are numerous successful endurance athletes who are vegetarians, and with the many health benefits, it is no surprise why more and more athletes are opting for whole grains and vegetables over burgers and fries. [.....]
