Be IronFit Plan in Electronic Format
BY: eburgers69 on 2010-01-04 9:39 AM
I purchased the Be IronFit book by Don Fink. Really like the concept/plan and want to use the Intermediate training plan for the 2010 full ChesapeakeMan.The issue is that I want a copy of the plan in excel or word (or something else?) so that I can track my plan progress without marking up the book.Send me a PM and I can forward my email address.Any help would be appreciated.Kevin -

I typed up the Be Iron Fit Intermediate plan in Excel and can email it to anyone that wants it. I broke it down for the Base, Build, and Peak phases so it is in 3 files. -

Sounds like the plan being discussed in this thread is a Full plan - is there a HIM equivalent? I'd love to see what that looks like .... -

On Yanti's advice I'm going to be using the IM Intermediate plan to train for my first HIM. Instead of doing the full 30 weeks I'll be starting at 22 weeks out. The bonus of that is that I'm then in great shape to go straight from recovery into marathon training for October.
What I'd really like to get is a digital version of the entire book for my kindle. If anyone knows where I can find one of those please let me know.

Just Run 5k - May 21
Diabetes Tour de Cure Century - June 12
Pleasant Prairie Olympic - June 26

Chicago Tri Olympic - August 28
Chicago Marathon - October 9

Hey that sounds nice. I have been doing sprints the last two summers in SD. Had to have a rotator cuff repaired which cut my summer short. it was pretty bad, so rehab has been slow. I am looking to starting a new, the first of the year. I read the book and liked the approach, so if you cound email it to me at richardbird@reagan.com I would greatly appreciate it. Just was not looking forward to opening the book each time.
