These dont feel like no side stitches!
BY: Guest on 2005-06-28 9:26 AM
I've heard of side stitches before...and had them before...Its kid of like your diaphragm gets tired of breathing...and feels like a knife in your side..
I can handle those...
But do they also occur in your lower abdomen?
The last three times i've tried to train, I get these lower abdomen cramps like poop cramps or period cramps...
I usually force myself to poop to make myself feel better and its been over a week since i finished my last period...
Its obviously cramping only due to exercise...beacuse it starts about 15 minutes into it and doesnt stop till about 15 minutes after i stop..which is usually right after they start...
Anybody ever had this before? Its really effecting my ability to train..I dont want to waste time if its like a hydration issue or something. -

I get those cramps too. I've increased my daily fiber intake to the RDA and that seems to have alleviated the cause.
don't know if it'll help you at all.
caution: if you're not getting RDA of fiber, increase your daily dosage gradually or you'll get a surprise that's not fun.

Change your diet, exercise when you have competely empty and after bowel movements. See what happens.
