9.24.15 Thursday Workouts

Good morning BT!
4:45am; 3.5 mile run with hill repeats
5:30am: Insanity Cardio Recovery, some goooooood stretching, needed that.
HR...I use Google Docs as well for longer papers, but there are times I like to edit right on the paper. Call me old fashioned! :-)

This day has been so long I can barely remember this morning.....I think I ran about 45 minutes.
Working on my grad course project which involves an I-Movie for documentation--OMG what a time sink! -

I decided to take advantage of fitness classes offered by the athletic center of my university (where I work). I did 30 minutes of core conditioning class. I thought it would be easy-breezy... I wanted to run away after ten minutes!! I felt like have never done any sports before and part of me wanted to scream: but I did triathlons!!!
We shall see how my muscles feel tomorrow... Have a great day everyone!

I did a half hour running on a treadmill at lunchtime today. Not what I used to do but slacking off for a few years will sneak up on you like that. A small step in the right direction at least. -

6:15 a.m.- cross country practice. We did 200m up a hill hard, then easy back down 12 times.

8-mile easy run (but it never feels easy after the first 6), then 60-minute Bodypump class. Very...tired...now...
