Mizuno Wave Rider - can't find a good deal
BY: feh on 2018-03-02 7:59 AM
Hello folks.
I buy shoes about once per year, and for the last several years I've been buying Mizuno Wave Riders. They are a neutral shoe that I really like.
The most recent model usually costs $100-120, but in the past, I've been able to buy the previous year's model for around $60.
This Spring I just can't find any at that price, and I'm not willing to pay 3 digits for a running shoe. So - can anybody point me at a source for discounted Wave Riders, or suggest a shoe that is similar to Wave Rider at a more reasonable price?
Thanks. -

I also run in Wave Riders and replace them about once per year. I got the 20s (last year's model) at JackRabbit.com for around $80.

Jackrabbit's price is $60 right now but they're just about out of the 20's.

Yes, but only in very limited sizes.
I'd been searching for days and finally gave up. I purchased some Brooks Launch 4s.
