Sup?
Out the door at 5:30 for a quick tour of Eastern Adams County. Goal today was warm up, find some hills, repeat said hills, go home!
Always good to have a plan. Hills found, hills repeated!
All told, 25 miles. Elevation gain is only 1000' for this romp on the roads, but a couple times it took my breath away.
Swim at lunch and then I become an electricians assistant tonight...hahahaha
Oh yeah, and some meetings to plan my meetings.

Cheers,

5:45 AM - 30 minute Ramp Test on the bike trainer. I beat my last FTP by another 6 watts. I am up 46 watts since my first FTP test a year and a half ago.
Have a great day!

Some of the ideas that I have tried are very non-conventional but I figure if no
one ever tried them nothing new will ever be discovered. -

Afternoon Zwift session. 60 minutes of sweet spot training. Time to find some post ride fuel. -

Not wet at all here, except for a sweaty one hour on the trainer including 3 X 7 minutes at what is supposed to be 85-90% of FTP. I think my FTP is lower than I wish it was! Cardio-wise not that hard but my legs were fried. Pool heater is supposedly fixed so hoping tomorrow's swim will be more enjoyable and less painful than it has been for the past two weeks. (Not sure of the mechanics of this but the colder my elbow is, the less well it works and the more things hurt. Whatever it is resolves the minute I stop swimming and jump in the hot tub.)
