New bike for Ironman: Canyon Aeroad CF SL 7.0 or the Felt AR5

I'm signed up for my first ironman in 10 months and looking to upgrade my bike. I decided to go for a road bike and clip-ons just so I can use the bike outside of triathlons. My price limit is $3000. I've been eyeing the Canyon Aeroad CF SL 7.0 or the Felt AR5. Does anyone have experience with either bike?

Hey Neil, I don’t have experience with either bike, but I know at one time Canyon was having trouble keeping parts stocked in the US/North America. It would stink to spend that much on a bike and it have a part break and you end having to wait weeks for the part to arrive at your local bike shop. It would be something worth checking into. They may improved parts supply over here since that time though.
