Hit the trainer like it hurt me this morning. 10:00 warm up 6x6:00
(Big Gears
) with 1:00 recovery between sets. After complaining the other day that I couldn't get a good bike workout, turns out I just have to try harder. My legs can't keep up with my cardio system.

A little less than an hour on the Kickr so far and 30mins on the treadmill later. I'm at day 71 of a 100day/100runs challenge..

5.25 humid miles this evening. Did my long run yesterday so this was supposed to be an easier effoty, but the humidity made it feel way harder than it was supposed to.
