Inspire quirk
BY: McFuzz on 2013-05-20 6:12 AM
I had an inspire, and the inspire window opened ok, but I couldn't close the window because every time I tried to mouse down to the "close" button, the screen would reset with the close button below the bottom of the screen.
Win 7 Enterprise (64 bit)
IE 8 8.0.7601.17514
Thanks,
Mike

I'm also having trouble with viewing and especially replying to inspires using my work computer, which has the prehistoric IE 8.0.6001.18702. When replying, the scroll bar keeps jumping back up to the top, and in between typing each letter the browser window goes to a blank white screen (also wasn't able to submit the reply because the entire window went white).
There are some other issues with the site on this browser (volume graph and dashboard are not displaying, page not loading completely everytime so I have to refresh in order to click on any active link or button), but the inspire thing is so far the most annoying.

Also having problem with inspire.
I can see the inspires ok. When click reply, my entire screen becomes blank. All I could do is to go back to the previous page.

I've now figured out that I can post a new inspire to someone else only if they already have other inspires. If they do not have any prior inspires, the browser locks up and I have to reload BT. Replies still do not work. Dashboard and training graphs also don't show, and I often have to refresh the page in order to get any of the active links or dropdown menus to work. This is on the IE 8.0.6001.18702. Can't upgrade since it's a work computer (alas, appears I will have to spend more time actually working).

I think that particular version of IE is part of the problem. Same as you my office uses this browser and I am having trouble with inspires. Works fine with Chrome on my home computer.
When clicked on inspire, the "pop up window" takes forever to load. Then my screen flashes between these 2 images. Sometimes it forced closes my browser.

Yes, that's exactly the same problem I'm having!

I believe all inspire issues have been resolved?
