I know it's been a while since you posted this, but I'm interested in training for a Triathlon, specifically an off-road triathlon. I am pretty out of shape. I was training for the Houston Marathon this year, got injured in November, and pretty much have been sedentary since. If you interested in getting something going I'd be interested in meeting or doing long runs/rides together. I am at 290 and the beltway and work at I 10 and the beltway. I'll be doing my swimming at lifetime fitness in city centre.
