Got up and had some food and got things put together and got Tren up and ready.Event warmup:

Figured out that I have an allergic reaction to chlorine and I suffered shortness of breath because of this and It really affected my performance.What would you do differently?:
Swim at the Downtown YMCA in a saline pool.

T2 was the next day after the swim and all I had to do is run and grab my bike and run to the mount area.What would you do differently?:
Get a better bike location and not have as far to run.

Need to ride more than 3 times out side for this race. Wind was one of the reasons I was slower,What would you do differently?:

Nice run can tell that this years running has helped. Was able to make up time after I was able to get the legs working. From the tun around back to the finish I was able to run a sub 8:00 mile.What would you do differently?:
I need to do more bike to run

Warm down:
Hung out with Tren who placed 3rd in his age group and ate some pizza and water.What limited your ability to perform faster:
Not getting out on the bike and my allergic reaction to the chlorine in the pool.Event comments:
Pretty good race. I could have done better in the pool and Bike.
Tren Placed 3rd in his age group 10 and under he is 8
I was able to take 1st in the clydesdale 40 -49 age group. 1st podium with more than 3 people in the age group.!!!!!
