Nothing - just learn to swim on target.

Road MTB - My choice and I new what I was getting into.
They blew my doors off, but it was my race on my MTB and I did well. Very lonely out there after mile 28.What would you do differently?:

What a run - I caught up w/ those bikers that passed me slow and steady. I ran great for me - Ice down front and back of shirt every water station. I ran strong the whole time and caught alot of people. Finished just as strong!

Way to man up and do a half on a mtb. That had to be tough fighting the wind. Can't believe I didn't see you on the course. -
