up to over 34 now with a horribly hot track workout last night. ouch. i didn't think it was that hot, and my pace wasn't even fast, but my face was a shade of purplish red upon finishing, and i didn't feel well until lunchtime today. first summer on the east coast and it's killing me.
have a long run coming up tomorrow, so should put on some more miles for the week.

Are you going for the 700 or 400? Running mileage is looking really good though.
I can just as easily say ...... bike, what bike? Oh, you mean those $6000 in dust collectors that are downstairs?

Last night's run put me at 56, things are looking pretty good for the run portion of this months training challenges, put my longest run (15 miles) in before the HIM in 3 weeks and now will focus on a little more intensity and frequency (hopefully it works). How long before an A race have did you guys cut back on your long runs? -

Just finished my 10 miler this morning which takes me up to 51 miles for the month. I've got 54 on the schedule for the rest of the month, so if I can keep myself healthy, I'll be at 109 for the month!
