Great job! I hope your travels and illness are behind you now and you get that 5 minute plank soon!
I looked at my training log here, and the last day I missed my plank was January 15, 2018. I am gaining on one year of plank a days! If I remember right, in 2017 I missed three days. I remember I missed New Years Day; I just forgot to do it. I think I missed 2 more days (in a row) because I was very sick.
Keep up the great work!

Planking was so-so in the first few days of new year, but not feeling discouraged and kept planking.
A bit over a minute last night, and plank variations this morning.

This past week I completed a full year of my plank a day! It's been 2 minutes a day for 365 days. The last few days made me nervous that I would forget to do it and mess up my streak. I have a very good weekday schedule, but on the weekends I don't always do it first thing on the morning so the potential to forget to do it exists.
Hope your streak is growing as well!

I included my plank variations into core routine 3 times per week. On the days with no core exercises, I continue with one minute plank. So far so good

Sorry for the very late reply. I am still doing 2 minutes a day. How about you? Have you joined us?

I am, I just don't always have time to post it
I will be honest, it is not every day, and if I do, it's a one minute.

A few weeks ago I fell off the wagon due to a nasty sinus infection (which of course turned into a chest cold, bronchitis, or walking pneumonia), and really haven't done planks consistently since. Hopefully this will be an easy New Years Resolution to stick with.
My last streak was just shy of 23 months; hopefully I can top that this time.
