February Pick-Your-Goals Challenge

You don't need flowers, you don't need candy. What you need is the February Pick-4 Challenge!
For this challenge, you can set goals in ONE to FOUR activities.
You can participate in one activity, or two, or three or four. It's up to you!
You define the activities.
You set the goals. Only want to swim once? Only want to bike once? YOU decide, and set your goals accordingly.

You will need to enter the following information:

If you can't access the spreadsheet:
Scroll to the bottom, and look at the bottom right corner. If it says, "edit this page," click that link and enter the info above.
If there are enough participants, this will be a team challenge. Otherwise, this will be an individual challenge, with occasionaltaseringsupdates provided throughout the month.
The ultimate goal of this Challenge is to push yourself in an activity (or activities), to work out, to meet fellow BTers (virtually or otherwise), and to have some fun!
Hopefully, this Challenge will give you a little extra incentive and motivation to succeed at your goals – whatever they may be.

Although I'm terrified of that taser, I'm in. I put my name on the spreadsheet and my goals. I'm already in Ransick's plank a day challenge so I included it. I'm also in a informal crunch challenge so added it. {I better start getting some serious abs but so far, nada.} My total weakness is biking so I've gotta try. I love these challenges because they force me to reach for the goals.

Count me in... I smashed my foot today, only have internet on my phone for the next week and have no.idea what my goals will be but I really need a Feb challenge! -

How's your internet service? Worst case, sneak on during work. (I can say that. I'm not your employer.)
Don't worry about your goals yet. You still have a few days to figure them out. I've added your name to the spreadsheet.

Yeah, I've been "busy because of work." But I'm *always* "busy because of work," and that needs to stop!
I figure this challenge will motivate me. After all, I have to keep up with my goals so that I can justify tasering everyone.

Foot is almost mended, believe it or not i did it in target because Im clumsy and smashed it on a low metal shelf... go me!
Back at work tomorrow where i will have more internet but just sorted out some prepaid temporarily in my new home until i get anything else sorted..
Goals... thinking 1 spin/ride per week, 1 run/walk per week and 1 stretch/strength per week... I am starting from ZERO so that would be 3 x 30 min workouts a week minimum... and would be amazing.. 12 workouts in the month... seems good?
Just looking at the local gym timetable and then going to try and get sorted.. I might swim too but I dont have the same motivation issues with that!
I went for a 5k walk in the pouring rain today so I should be slowly gearing up for February

run - 30 miles
stretch - 28 sessions (at least 15 minutes per day)

Needed a taser to get up this morning but once at the pool
Auto pilot took over and i did a good workout
Now to stay awake at work instead of going for a nap

I'm in! Ready for some consistency and awesome BT comradery.
My goals are 8 bike, 9 run, 4 swim, and 8 strength.
