May Peach Clallenge
BY: AbbieR on 2010-04-27 11:10 PM
For the month of May, it's all about Peach boxes on your calendar. If you have not noticed, when you post a workout, the box for the day turns peach.
The goal is 100% Peach for 31 days. Below is a peachy month...be warned peaching can be addictive
Keep in mind every day does not need to Tri-specific training; walking the dog, going for a hike, weight training, etc....count as Peach boxes. The only rule, MOVE everyday!! Let me know if you are interested.

I'm beginning to think that some of you may benefit from a "white" challenge where you MUST have one white box per week. Aren't rest days just as important as the workouts themselves - giving your muscles time to rebuild?
I bet there's a population that would find this type of challenge very...well...challenging. =) -

For some of us it's no longer a challenge, it's an addiction and a lifestyle, lol

Please add me. I had stopped posting on BT pretty much after my last tri in May of 2009. I did keep training and did the 35 for El Tour de Tucson in November of 2009.
I was lazy for a few months and then had a stroke and a surgery to close an opening in my heart last month. I had to take off for a few weeks due to that.. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. I can't seem to stay consistent though so accountability will help. If someone notices I don't have a peach day please send me an inspire to get my butt back in gear. -

Well I guess so - LOL and to answer about rest days - I slept in yesterday, did nothing, and was miserable at work all day.
Today I go for an easy 3 mile run and I could defeat the world!!!
I rest - in between workouts!!
Have a great May!!! -

I could go for a challenge like this, one white per week.
