ABS / CORE MARCH CHALLENGE - TEAM LIST

Okay, sorry for the delay people, here is the team lists. I made up three teams and they are made up as such:

Tri Sandz - RED
Bmullen - RED
Yellow Dawg - RED
Bluejack - RED
Donto - GREEN
Iceit 99 - GREEN
Runpuddrun - GREEN
Mlowell - GREEN
Annie - GREEN
Naners - BLUE
Gaiseruer - BLUE
Running2far - BLUE
hazmaster - BLUE

I will be updating the team standings as the weeks progress. If anyone has any questions for me, please feel free to send me a message. Good luck to all, GO BLUE TEAM!! LOL!!!

Make sure you add you workout to your training LOG, as I will be checking.

REMEMBER! NO CHEATING!! IT WILL BE ONLY YOURSELF YOU CHEAT!!

I got out of bed, had my coffee and shook uncontrollably through 16 core exercises for nothing this morning.  Man it was a scary site to be seen

Thanks a bazillion Hazmaster, Donto and the rest of you for taking this and running with it.  I'm a self confessed Z-type personality but I do respond well to e-peerpreasure, e-abuse, and e-support.  I'm IN and have downloaded some information you all suggested to get started.

Join in on the fun? Sure I suppose, you realize this is a ABS challenge Right? The bane on almost every athelete in the world?!?!?!

The exercises are up to you, I think that most of us are working on the BT ab/core program and looking at 3 - 4 workouts a week. Let me know what you want to do, and I will add you onto a team list!

Sorry Donto, I have never run a challenge before and was completly unorganized. I was almost sent out of town yesterday which could have been a bid disaster for tracking, etc...

Anyway, think about how warmed up your core is now for Sunday!!!!

Great to hear from you Annie, we were setting up a posse to come looking for you. I thought you got the wheels in motion and jumped ship! I will be looking for all your updates and sending inappropriate, harrasing e-mails to you to make sure that you stay on board and are not distracted by the paridise you are residing in!
