Hello, I'm new to triathlon.

Here in Norway can it be dificult to find indoor training places. But outdoor is the best triathlon place any beginner can wish for.

I'm 16 and want to start with triathlon.

Welcome to beginnertriathlete and to triathlon!

Norway, cold! But I hear it is very beautiful.

If you click on Programs icon at the top, there are many good training programs to get you started. Below that is the word BEGINNERS, and if you click on that, it takes you to a page where the first article is the Beginner's Guide, which is very helpful.
