Are there any newbies out there? I had intended on starting my Tri career with the Limestone this May, but tore my ACL this morning...I am a member of the RMC Tri club and wondering if anyone else is out there!!! -

Welcome to the fold, Sean; sorry about the injury - heal well and soon!
My daughter is at Queens, but alas I'm 6.5 hours down the 401
I do plan on doing the K-town duathlon Aug 2nd, though.

Hi ! I'm from Kingston area (20 minutes out highway 15). There is another Ktown BTer I know of - keepitup. I know she's done Limestone. Its the same weekend as NCM so I'm always in Ottawa that weekend. Sounds like a good race though, especially a good first tri.
Be sure to do some swimming in the lake and sign up for the K-town Tri, it's a great race with awesome post-race food !!!
Welcome to BT.
