Sunday's forecast: 20 degrees with cloudy periods. AKA perfect tri weather! I keep checking every day and I'm hoping for no rain. I hate biking in the rain for safety reasons...

Good luck, I did this race last year and it is one of my fav (except that darn first hill on the run course - LOL)

The first hill is rough! I went to Kelso to check out the course a few weeks ago. The steep short hill at the end of the loop isn't very friendly either. It's short but it spikes my heart rate. Great course overall and I'm looking forward to tomorrow! Now I am off to pick up a number belt and practice transitioning.

So wonderful that the rain held off..and that swim is so much nicer than Guelph Lake...
