Description: The 1/3 mile swim will start on the white sands of the FSU Reservation's beach at Lake Bradford. Swimmers will head out into the lake, make a right hand turn, another right hand turn, then come in to shore via the boat ramp.
The 14 mile bike course is an out and back, mostly flat course. Course will be well marked and manned.
The 5k run course goes out of the Reservation, down Lake Bradford, to Lakeside - most of the run has a view of Lake Bradford and turns around at the Tallahassee Museum.
