Description: Swim 3.8km Mass start. 3 laps of Ellingham Lake. Wetsuits compulsory.
Cycle 180km. 3 road laps around Linwood, Ringwood, Bransgore in the New Forest. This is a testing and undulating route though no major climbs.
Run 42.2km from Sandy Balls approx 1.5 miles on the road then onto the off-road section, 3 laps at the central point (out & back) then retrace your route to the finish. It’s off-road and it’s hilly! Run course will close at the central aid station on course at 8.30pm, any runners still on the course will be turned to the finish line.
