Description: This event will be held at Ottawa Lake in the Southern Kettle Morraine Forest. With kid's races on Saturday, and adult Sprint and Olympic distance races on Sunday, there is something for the whole family!
A portion of your registration fee and all fundraising proceeds benefit Tri-ing for Children's, Inc., a non-profit charity for children's hospitals.
Swim: The swim is in spring-fed Ottawa Lake. The Sprint distance will be a single loop swim, cornering to the left. The Olympic swim will be two loops cornering to the left. Swim buddies will be available on a first come, first serve basis at packet pick-up. Swim buddies will be limited based on interested volunteers. **This course is opposite direction as previous years to facilitate the new transition area.
Bike: The bike course is flat and scenic for all distances. Sprint distance is one loop and Olympic distance is two loops. There will NOT be an aid station on the bike, please come prepared.
Run: The run course is flat and fast on paved trails and Hwy ZZ. There will be two small sections requiring you to run on grass. The Sprint route will be an out and back. The Olympic route will require two loops. An aid station will be located in the park allowing runners to take fluids in both directions.
