Description: After far too long an absence Cadence Tri are bringing triathlon back to Mold. Based at the Mold Leisure Centre the Sir Y Fflint Sprint Triathlon promises to be one not to be missed. From the pool swim the bike course ascends the infamous "Rainbow" climb and through the Clwydian Range (one of only 8 designated Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Wales) before returning back to Mold. Partial road closure and designated race lanes will ensure the best possible ride. The run heads east out of town for its 5k loop coming back to the Sports Centre.
