    • Distance: 100.00 yards
    • Swim 100 yards/meters as backstroke, sidestroke or breaststroke resting as needed.
    • You are not incorporating freestyle/forward crawl yet, the stroke most commonly used in the triathlon swim, as it is much more difficult. Once you hit 400 yards/meters we will start switching to freestyle. Right now you are just getting our shoulder and back muscles used to swimming.
