What would you do differently?: Probably one of my best swim starts and swims to date. Transition 1
Comments: Took a few extra seconds to get feet into the shoes. What would you do differently?: Shoe straps should not be latched onto the shoe. Bike
Comments: Had a problem dismounting and fell on left heel due to right leg getting caught on water bottle cage. NOT GOOD!!! What would you do differently?: Need MUCH work on dismounting, especially with the water bottles on the back seat and not down below. But...this is why I signed up for the race...get used to new bike. These mistakes are not forgiven at Nationals. Transition 2
Comments: Great rack position...good to be there early. What would you do differently?: :45 seconds would be ideal but considering circumstances, time was going to increase slightly. Run
Comments: Shin splints and significant pain in heel were not fun. Glad to get in at 21 minutes but without the pains, I could have broken 20. What would you do differently?: Practice dismounting off the bike. Post race
