a few strides while heading to packet pickup-got there 3 minutes before it 'closed'-even got a seed card by begging (and showing times from some triathlon races)

just went out and tried to hold HR=150
when I saw I had a chance for sub 35 in the last mile, I clicked it up a bit
and held on with a final push at the end
What would you do differently?:

nothing-perfect weather and the kids had a blast
Kyle dressed as a giraffe and Mike had a cape on
both did some drinking-Ky went with shots and Mike named
his strava run-'5 beers and a shit'
