Drove to race start. Ate a banana and 2 pieces of toast.

need to get in that pool and practice some more. very little time in the pool.

was spent when i started running. i had to walk the first 2 minutes or so. i was ready to give up.

Warm down:

no warm down. ate a slice of watermelon and a bagel.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

i got the stomach flu on saturday. was up all night making trips to the bathroom. not enough sleep and raced with the stomach flu. i think i did ok for being sick. feel dissapointed because i had trained so hard for this event.

this was a very well organized event. it was awesome!
