arived early. drank coffee, talked to friends, got marked and setup my transition. Found Tbatt running the transition area and bugged her for a little while.

choppy and peaky ocean conditions. swam north to south with the current. lots of fun. This was by far my fastest swim of the series for some odd reason.

tbatt gave me a pair of aero bars which I put on my road bike. I also changed the bike setup to accomodate the aero position better and I think it really helped. I am definitely not yet over the aero-position learning curve.
