Course was crowded, too many new riders not getting over and letting people pass.

I could have pushed it more on the bike but held back so I could run. Will be more aggressive on the bike next time.

Loved the run, since it's my normal training course. I felt great on the run and didn't really start getting tired until the guggenhiem.
What would you do differently?:

I think my run suffered because I took June off due to injury. next year I plan on running a faster pace

Warm down:

The cold towels they give you are awesome!!
I didn't get a chance to stretch or ice bath long enough due to vacation plans

Event comments:

The bike was crowded, the race start was delayed adn the body marking, not ideal but overall I loved this race!!! I loved having so many people cheering me on and seeing all kinds of athletes out there doing their thing. Will be back for next year
