good swim but had alot of traffice to pass because I was swimming at 18:00 instead of 16:30

give a better seed time

had a .22 run to the transition area out of the pool. it was my first transition so i was trying to stay calm and focus on the job at hand.
What would you do differently?:

I would speed up and not worry about getting everything perfect.

had a tough time with the back. i kept a good pace of 17.8 mph going out but lost it coming back. The hills really bothered me. I have to get my leggs strong.

it is all my training. I hope to be alot better in 1 year.

for my first time I thought that T2 was good. moved in and out quick. I know the more i do it the better I will be.

made the first mile with no walking. 2 mile was a 4 run 1 walk. ran the last 2 miles non stop. this is where I paln on making a big difference in the future. I will train harder and longer for this event.

I think only training for 2 months hurt my run and bike.

I will do this event again as long as I have not commited to one on the same weekend (nat. tri)
