Pre-race routine:

Woke up, ate the usual oatmeal, protein and raisins with coffee. Grabbed a gatorade and feft at 4:30 to make the trek over to East Grand Rapids.

Transition is fairly long to accomodate all the racers. It didn't help that I struggling with the wetsuit. Also dropped the sunglasses walking away from the rack.
What would you do differently?:

Get the wetsuit off faster.

Decent ride, can't really complain as far as performance goes. Drivers aren't real cautious of the racers though.

2nd year participating in this race. Really like it - which is why I made the 2 hour drive again.
