Comments: I held back a bit and because of that was able to keep a consistent pace over the 3 miles. I also took the little hill at Rt. 130 slower which caused less leg fatigue. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Dry heaved in the bathroom What limited your ability to perform faster: My ability to run faster. Event comments: I would have preferred a medal instead of a ribbon and a serving tray but otherwise the race was perfect. We raised a lot of money for the animals and thats all that matters.
