Could have been faster if it wasn't for the way they set up the waves! 3 womens age groups were before me and I caught them in the first 100 yrds and had to navigate through them.

Solid run out and back. Definitely could have pushed it a lot harder and tried for around 6/min pace. But had a strong finish and felt great.

Very good race! Only negative I have towards it was that the waves needs to be sent off in a different order!
