Swim
Comments: Totally muffed the swim. It was a group start and I got into a dense knot of people and just couldn't seem to relax and get my stroke to happen. I started breathing every stroke and ended up getting too much air and then couldn't catch my breath. What would you do differently?: Start at the back of the pack and calm down. Consider wearing my wetsuit. Transition 1

Up at 3:30, walked the dogs until 4pm. Usual yogurt & cereal breakfast and coffee.
Lots of walking to get set up, marked and get my race packet. Got into the water for a bit too.
