Comments:

Dove in to start race and worked well. Zig zagged a lot out to the first turn bouy. Sighted off another swimmer in red wetsuit for swim back towards hotels.

Wore the dark speedo goggles and they fogged a little.
What would you do differently?:

Keep working on sighting. Bilateral breath longer.

Wear the clear goggles if overcast.

Wore the dark tinted sunglasses which were too dark. Rained like crazy.

Took a Gu at start of bike and roctane at mile 20. Took 6 salt tabs.

Felt some leg cramps during last 3rd of race.
What would you do differently?:

Start ride faster. First 4 miles were too slow.

Way too long to put on shoes. Feet were muddy from run through transition. Shoes and socks were soaked from rain.
What would you do differently?:

If heavy rain before race, leave bike shoes on and run in them through transition. Put run shoes and socks into a bag if chance of rain.

Started too fast. Walked the aid stations and 2 other sections.

Leg cramps were bad. Took roctane around mile 4.
What would you do differently?:

Start a little slower.

Bring salt tabs. Take roctane earlier.
