Pre-race routine:

Drove to Ft Collins on Saturday, had dinner at Enzio's. Didn't sleep well at the hotel, go tup at 4:15 ate a bagel with peanut butter, drank a cup of coffee and drank a bottle of gatorade, got on the bus to the start line.

Comments:

felt good the whole race, kept hitting my mile splits until the last mile, then it got really hard, I was out of gas
What would you do differently?:

Not sure if I need to take a nother gel in the middle of the 2nd half of the nace, it might help

Warm down:

drank a cup of coffee, ate a little of the after race food, drank another gatorade

Event comments:

Bus from hotel didn't know how to get to the starting line, so was a little late getting to the start. No big deal, the bus was warmer than standing around outside in the 30 degree weather.
